Nurse Practitioner Visits
By partnering with insurance companies, CareManagers is able to provide members with coding visits performed by nurse practitioners. During these visits, the nurse practitioner gathers all relative medical information and then coordinates with the member’s health care team to ensure continuity in treatment.
